Embracing change, they developed daily life practices, rituals, and celebrations, even astonishing constructions that we haven't figured out yet.

As contemporary humans, we are finding it increasingly hard to accept change.

We feel as if we were to lose control of the things that matter the most to us; this frightens us.

It is not only the natural change of Solstice, but currently, there is also a lot of noise out-there about drastic changes in the world order, the economy, and our future as humankind.

If you stay focused within, becoming a Conscious Creator, you will be in control of the reality you experience. The change will always be in your favor.

SOLSTICE RITUAL:

1. Choose a candle in any solar color you like (yellow, orange, red).

2. Prepare an altar with elements that remind you of light: a mirror, a bowl with water, crystals, shiny objects, or even more candles. Place them on your altar as you feel best.

3. Include an object representing what you desire to achieve the most. You can use your Vision Board (if you have one).

4. Get some seeds of summer flowers (e.g., pansies, petunias, geraniums, dahlias, etc.) and put them on your altar.

5. If you like scents, choose those inspiring, such as copal or another type of incense.

6. Once you decide, light the candle and the scents. Remember that the light of the flame is a mirror of yourself.

7. Take the seeds, making a bowl with your hands.

8. Close your eyes and connect with Mother Earth, feeling her powerful energy under your feet. Breathe deeply, bringing in this energy. Now move this energy up to your head; and through your whole body. Feel Mother Earth embracing you, and feel the warm companion of your spirit guides, protecting you and comforting you.

9. If you can be outdoors, raise your hands so that the sun illuminates the seeds. If you are indoors, visualize the sun. Repeat this in your mind or out loud: "The mighty sunlight blesses my dreams and leads them to manifestation."

10. Place the seeds in the soil, directly in your garden or a pot. Water the seeds. Use the water from the bowl if you had one on your altar.

11. Finally, complete this ritual using a METAYANTRA DEVICE to represent your dream already manifested.

For this practice, place your Metayantra under sunlight for 2 or 3 days. Then take it to your altar and leave it there whenever you are not using it so that it continues to receive the blessing of your energy during this process of change.
