01 Free Worldwide Shipping & Prepaid Taxes
Shipping of your Neurophone is completely free to any part of the world. There is no minimum purchase or hidden conditions. Metayantra absorbs the shipping cost for all Neurophone orders.
Unlike other products, for the Neurophone we cover all import taxes so that any customer worldwide receives it without paying a single extra dollar. You will not have to pay anything at customs or any extra charges upon receiving your package. The price you see on the page is the final price you pay.
Free shipping covers one (1) delivery service per order. Additional attempts originating from incorrect data provided by the buyer are quoted separately (see section 06).

03 Mandatory Quality Control (QC)
Before leaving our laboratory in Mexico, every Neurophone undergoes a rigorous Quality Control (QC) process. This ensures that the device you receive is in perfect working order.
- Verification of piezoelectric transducer frequency.
- DSP processor performance test.
- Integrity check of all accessories and cables.
- Secure high-impact packaging for international transit.
This process may take 24 to 48 hours before the carrier picks up the package.
04 Address Corrections & Changes
Accuracy in your shipping information is vital to ensure delivery.
You have a maximum of 12 hours after placing your order to request any correction to the shipping address. After this period, no changes can be made without incurring additional costs.
05 Customs & DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Metayantra operates under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model for all international Neurophone shipments.
- We pay: Freight, export insurance, and import duties/taxes in the destination country.
- You pay: Only the product price published on our website.
06 Redelivery & Administrative Fees
If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, the following fees apply:

07 Cancellations & Returns Policy
Due to the specialized nature of neurotechnology and health/hygiene protocols (skin contact transducers), all Neurophone sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been processed and shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within the first 12 hours after purchase.
